Tricia is actively involved in her church where she spent a decade as an AWANA leader. She has also served as nursery class director, women’s college teacher, young women’s singles teacher, Decision Encourager, section host, and Evangelism Explosion trainer. She currently serves as a Life Group leader in the Student Ministry and in Guest Central–greeting guests, sharing the gospel with them, and helping them plug in to a mega-church. In 2010, she began a Good News Club at her children’s neighborhood school and recruits a large team of volunteers each year to help her share the Good News of Jesus with these children. (www.cefdallas.org) Tricia has done other work as well with Child Evangelism Fellowship and has coordinated and participated in short term mission trips with Global Aid Network (GAiN), a division of Cru, and East West Ministries. She has taken the gospel to various parts of the globe including numerous times to Spain, Guatemala, and a Socialist Island in the Caribbean. She has had the blessing of sharing the Good News in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, and El Salvador where she served in leadership roles on each of these trips. In the summer of 2016, Tricia’s entire family of six traveled to Peru with e3 Partners (www.e3partners.org) helping to plant house churches, and she and one of her sons returned to Peru with e3 again in the summer of 2018 & were anticipating a 3rd return in 2020 until travel was restricted.
Tricia also engages in her community by subbing for McKinney ISD and administering the GED test for Frisco ISD as well as the Collin County Correctional Facility. She has hosted two outreaches for the women at the correctional facility in 2019, one at Easter & the other at Christmas where many women prayed to begin a relationship Jesus at the conclusion of the outreaches. She enjoys running, shopping for bargains, and spending time with family and friends. Tricia and her family live in McKinney, Texas.
